Manhood In Action Vision

Many years ago there was an experiment using frogs and hot water. In the experiment, if a frog is dropped into heated water he will immediately jump out recognizing the danger.

However, when you place a frog in room temperature water and begin to slowly heat it to the point of boiling, the frog will not recognize the changes and will eventually die from the heat. So it is with men in our society today, especially Christian men. The change in our society has been so insidious and subtle that we have failed to recognize the inherent dangers. If we were suddenly put into this society we would instantly see the lack of morals and values in common, everyday life. For instance as men, we know that the way female entertainers dress is at best, risqué, and at worst pornographic, yet we aren't bothered by it. Because the change has been so gradual, we allow our daughters to emulate pop icons; we have become desensitized, giving tacit approval to immoral and crude behavior.

While radical feminists have not achieved their goal of portraying men as controlling, insensitive, and inferior, they have confused many women and neutered men. They have taught that simple acts of good manners, like opening a door for a lady, are somehow demeaning to the lady. Women's groups have been strident about abuse by men. Yet they insist that young women should be allowed to wrestle against high school boys because it is equal treatment. What an absurd position to intentionally allow young men to brutalize young women and have inappropriate contact with them under the guise of equal rights and fair play.

The passion of Manhood in Action is to help men see how far we have drifted. Men desperately need to know that God wants them to be the leaders, protectors, and providers that we were created to be. Our main goal is to honor Jesus Christ in all we do as we are lead by the Holy Spirit. If we can help your men "take it to the next level" and see the glorious role God has asked us to play in His plan we would be honored to help.

That is a man of Christ.

Our ministry has helped men become empowered to model Jesus Christ. When this pattern of behavior occurs, families will be healed and stabilized. For men who attend our seminars and do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ, we pray that they will be saved.

It has been said that men need "battles to fight" and "adventures to live." What battle could be more important that thwarting Satan's plans for destroying the family, misleading people to choose hell instead of eternity with God and doing the work of Almighty God the Creator of Heaven and Earth.
